Creating each Zombie Gnome is a process that requires meticulous attention to detail and a touch of the supernatural. From the initial haunting design to the final stroke of paint, each gnome takes days to perfect, allowing ample time for the materials to set and the ghoulish colors to dry. Due to the custom nature of these handcrafted gnomes, delivery may take up to two weeks, depending on the number of souls—er, orders—we are handling. However, we aim to have your gnome delivered within a week whenever possible. We are constantly enhancing our operations to increase both the speed and quality of our production, all while maintaining the haunting craftsmanship that makes our Zombie Gnomes truly special.

Incorrect Product Received:
- If you receive a gnome that is not the one you ordered, we will gladly accept a return and send you the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
