Given the care that goes into each gnome, delivery may take up to two weeks depending on the volume of orders. However, rest assured, we aim to have your gnome delivered within one week whenever possible. Incorrect Product Received:
- If you receive a gnome that is not the one you ordered, we will gladly accept a return and send you the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
